These developmental tours, while hardly eye-opening by themselves, provide a pipeline for the best young players around the world straight to the Web.com Tour and eventually the PGA Tour. It’s all part of a global vision that Finchem has employed to expand the PGA Tour beyond its U.S. borders and into new uncharted ground.
