Bob Williams knows his space, as you’d expect of a guy who has worked in the same geographic footprint for his entire 37-year career.

Williams, who started in sales and marketing for the Atlanta Hawks back when they played at The Omni, now oversees business operations for the Hawks and Philips Arena from his office at Philips, built where The Omni once stood.

Williams keeps around him photos and artwork collected as his son and daughter grew up, but his office also holds sports and entertainment items representing his long career in Atlanta. With the Hawks headed to their fifth straight postseason, he may be looking to add more.
