The Class AAA Pacific Coast League’s Nashville Sounds hired Jason Franke as director of corporate partnerships and Jeff Hem as radio broadcaster.

The Cleveland Indians named Adam Everett special assistant of baseball operations. Everett is a former MLB player.

The Class AA Southern League’s Jacksonville (Fla.) Suns hired Steve Kolbe as its play-by-play broadcaster. Kolbe was the play-by-play broadcaster for the Washington Capitals.

The Class A South Atlantic League’s Hagerstown (Md.) Suns hired Patrick Anderson as consultant to the general manager. Anderson was coach of the Hofstra University baseball team.

George Washington University named Tanya Vogel assistant director of athletics development.

The University of Virginia named Rob Slavis assistant athletic director of compliance. Slavis held the same position at Georgia State University.

Global Spectrum named Keith Baulk general manager of Peter Gilgan Athletic Centre at the Gardens in Toronto and Jason Toner general manager of events at the WFCU Centre in Windsor, Ontario.

Aviator Sports & Events Center named Jaclyn Muns marketing manager. Muns was athlete marketing and promotions consultant for the Women’s Sports Foundation.

Comcast-Spectator named Brock Jones vice president of bookings for Global Spectrum and Paciolan.

Infineon Raceway promoted Rachal Pollen to director of marketing and Diana Brennan to director of media and community relations.

Memphis International Raceway named Paul Cartwright director of operations and Glynn Williford director of sales and marketing.

Phoenix International Raceway named Dave Lockett director of communications. Lockett was communications coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

VenuWorks promoted Tim Sullivan to vice president and chief financial officer and Russ Ferguson to vice president of food and beverage services.

The Tennessee Titans promoted Mike Reinfeldt to senior executive vice president and chief operating officer, Ruston Webster to executive vice president and general manager and Lake Dawson to vice president of player personnel.
