The independent American Association’s Kansas City T-Bones promoted Kurt Sieker to assistant general manager.

La Salle University named James Gulick director of athletic development. Trey Ulrich will succeed Gulick as assistant vice president for alumni relations.

The Washington Redskins hired Brian Gaines as executive director of the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation. Gaines was vice president of partnerships, marketing and regional operations at College Summit.

The Arena Football League’s Georgia Force promoted Andy Haskell to senior director of team operations and named Cory Howerton president; Nick Devlin director of public relations; Mitch Stoermer director of community relations; and Carder Berry, Michelle Fields and Nate Wooden account executives.

Colonial Country Club promoted Michael Tothe to tournament director for the PGA Tour Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial.

The American Hockey League hired Samantha Wood as coordinator of digital media and communications. Wood was previously on the media relations game-day staff with the Boston Bruins.

IMG College hired Pat Streko as general manager of the Houston IMG Sports Marketing property. Streko was with the St. Louis Rams.

Strategic hired Michelle Stelben Murphy as account director. Murphy was an account director at Octagon.

Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic hired Cesar Aldama as senior director of news. Aldama was news director for Miami CBS affiliate WFOR and its sister MyTV station WBFS.

ESPN hired Michael Bayle as senior vice president and general manager of ESPN Mobile, Maggie Helm as senior director of multimedia sales and Ashley Smith as senior director of CreativeWorks, and promoted Danielle Carney to senior director of multimedia sales.

Sunrise Sports & Entertainment hired Rick Lassiter as vice president and managing director for the newly launched division 360 Premium. Lassiter rejoins SSE after being senior director of premium seating for the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium.

XOS Digital named Brett Hammond senior vice president for worldwide sales. Hammond was head of global sales for Horizon Technology.
