magazine hired Siung Tjia as its first creative director. Tjia was creative director at ESPN The Magazine.

Fox Sports South and SportSouth hired Eric Williamson as senior account executive. Williamson sold advertising for Peachtree TV of Turner Broadcasting.

Univision Communications hired Eric Conrad as vice president of programming for Univision Deportes. Conrad was senior director of programming and acquisitions for ESPN and ESPN Deportes.

ESPN promoted Amy Phillips to senior director of communications, overseeing ad sales, affiliate sales, marketing/research, consumer marketing and digital media, and Nate Smeltz to director of communications, leading ESPN’s NBA and MLB communications efforts.
