Snider’s foundation pitches in for city rinks
Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter (left) and Comcast-Spectacor Chairman Ed Snider announced Nov. 17 a public-private partnership with the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation to enclose three of five city-owned rinks and operate them year-round.
