The independent Atlantic League’s York (Pa.) Revolution promoted Neil Fortier to vice president of business development and John Gibson to assistant general manager of operations.
The Portland Trail Blazers named Bill Branch and Steve Rosenberry assistant general managers. Branch was director of pro player personnel for the Oklahoma City Thunder, and Rosenberry was director of pro personnel/college scouting for the Atlanta Hawks.
