The Chicago Bears hired Tim Ruskell as director of player personnel. Ruskell was president of football operations and general manager for the Seattle Seahawks.
The Washington Redskins hired Tony Wyllie as senior vice president, replacing Karl Swanson, who resigned. Wyllie was vice president of communications for the Houston Texans.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hired Jonathan Grella as director of communications. Grella was senior vice president of communications strategy for Securing America’s Future Energy and Electrification Coalition.
Ray Delia resigned as president and general manager of the Central Hockey League’s Bossier-Shreveport (La.) Mudbugs. Delia will remain with the organization to assist team ownership in an advisory capacity.
