FacilitiesConstruction consulting firm Merritt & Harris promoted Manny Kratsios to president and chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1. Kratsios succeeds Thomas Richard, who will remain with the firm as a principal, a member of the board of directors and director of marketing.
New Hampshire Motor Speedway named Troy Taylor vice president of sales. Taylor was a sales manager for Comcast Spotlight in Worcester, Mass.


MarketingSprint promoted Steve Gaffney to vice president of corporate marketing.
MediaDirecTV named Michael White chief executive officer. White was international operations chief executive and vice chairman of PepsiCo.
EchoStar Corp. named Michael Dugan president and chief executive officer. He replaces Charles Ergen, who will remain chairman.
ESPN Deportes named John Fitzgerald vice president of sales.
ISP Sports named Mark McKeen senior vice president and chief information officer. McKeen was vice president of administrative services for Lincoln Financial Group.
Learfield Sports named Molly Mullady Arbogast national accounts manager for the Northeast region. She will work in Learfield Sports’ Penn State Sports Properties office in Philadelphia.
Golf Digest Publications named Tom Bair vice president and publishing director.
News Corp.’s executive vice president of global marketing and corporate affairs, Gary Ginsberg, will leave the company at the end of the year.
