    Commissioner in Carolina
    NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell visited Charlotte on May 12 to speak at the Charlotte Touchdown Club’s luncheon at the Westin Hotel. Goodell signed autographs for luncheon attendees (above) and posed with Carolina Panthers President Mark Richardson. Goodell also visited the home of Richardson’s father, Panthers owner Jerry Richardson, who is recovering from heart transplant surgery he underwent earlier this year.

    The Georgetown Entertainment and Media Alliance hosted a panel session, “The Sports Industry in Today’s Marketplace,” on May 7 at the Cornell Club in New York City.
