Fuel TV, Speed to partner on shows

Fox networks Fuel TV and Speed are expected to announce their first collaborative programming effort this week.
The networks have partnered to deliver an hour of freestyle motocross programming to both channels. The one-hour block, “Moto Mix,” will feature the best of Fuel TV series like “M80” and “Nitro Circus” and events like Red Bull X-Fighters.
Speed, which has distribution in 70 million homes, will begin airing the programming hour at 1 a.m. ET Sept. 1 and will show it for 11 weeks. Fuel, which reaches 24 million homes, will follow a month later, airing the hourlong block for 26 straight weeks beginning Oct. 3.
