SFX Sports signed NCAA women's champion Bea Bielik, 21, who had made an unexpected run to the third round of the U.S. Open last week. She had not been eliminated as of press time.
Bielik earned a wild card to the Open in May by winning the NCAA women's singles championship while at Wake Forest.
SFX also signed Brandon Wagner, an All-America tennis player at the University of Georgia. Wagner and Bielik will skip their senior seasons to turn pro.
