League 1 rugby side North Wales Crusaders appointed ANDY MOULSDALE as its CEO (North Wales Crusaders). ... Sports event management and marketing company SweetSpot Group, which organizes the Tour of Britain and The Women's Tour, appointed HEATH HARVEY as its CEO. Harvey previously served as Premiership Rugby side Saracens CEO (Tour Series). ... England Touch appointed GREGG CROPPER as its COO, the first fully-paid exec position in the association's history and the first national touch association outside Australia and New Zealand to appoint a paid member of staff (England Touch). ... Worcestershire County Cricket Club appointed former cricketer MATT RAWNSLEY as CEO. The 41-year-old will replace TOM SCOTT in the role on March 1. He is the second former player to take the role, "following in the footsteps" of his former teammate DAVID LEATHERDALE (BBC, 1/2). ... EPL side Everton recruited TOM ROWELL from League Championship side Hull City to become head of marketing. Rowell will "oversee marketing insight and design" and will work to enhance Everton's membership scheme. He will report to club Marketing & Communications Dir RICHARD KENYON (THE DRUM, 1/3). ... Premiership Rugby side Wasps Dir of Rugby DAI YOUNG signed a new deal, described as "long-term" by the club. Young, 50, joined the club in '11, overseeing its move to Coventry in '14 as well as "helping" the club finish atop the regular-season table in '16-17 (BBC, 1/4).

The staff’s first match in charge will be against Ireland on Feb. 3 (L’ÉQUIPE, 1/3). ... Top14 side Bordeaux-Bègles appointed RORY TEAGUE to replace JACQUES BRUNEL as manager. Brunel was recently named France national team head coach. Teague joined the club as an assistant to Brunel last summer (L’ÉQUIPE, 1/4). ... Serie A side Torino appointed WALTER MAZZARRI as manager after sacking SINIŠA MIHAJLOVIĆ. Mihajlović was "in charge" for 18 months. Mazzarri left EPL side Watford during the summer after one season (BBC, 1/4). ... Indian Premier League side Delhi Daredevils named RICKY PONTING its head coach. Ponting replaced RAHUL DRAVID.
