Marketplace Roundup: Western Sydney Wanderers Sign Herbalife Nutrition

A-League side Western Sydney Wanderers announced Herbalife Nutrition as its back-of-shorts sponsor. Western Sydney CEO John Tsatsimas said, "We are pleased to continue our strong relationship with Herbalife and welcome them to our senior partner category" (Wanderers). 

Eredivisie side Ajax and main sponsor Ziggo extended their agreement by one year. The other conditions remain unchanged. The deal will run through June 30, 2020 (Ajax). 

The Australian Open announced Yonex extended its partnership into the third successive year. Yonex set restringing records during its two-year association with the tournament, with 5,460 restrings for the tournament and 544 restrings on its busiest day (INSIDE SPORT, 1/3).

EPL side Huddersfield Town partnered with designer footwear brand Goodwin Smith. The brand will supply members of the first team squad and staff with its "Bucking Good Shoes" (YORKSHIRE POST, 1/3).

RDA and Zeus Sports Marketing were appointed to oversee the global media rights sales for Tie Break Tens, the short-form tennis series. The agencies signed a two-year agreement with the series, with deals in place for Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, sub-Saharan Africa, eastern Europe and the Caribbean (SPORT BUSINESS, 1/3).
