World Surf League Announces 2017 North America Partnership With Jose Cuervo

The World Surf League announced a 2017 North America partnership with tequila brand Jose Cuervo. The brand was first imported to the U.S. through Southern California and has a long history with professional surfing. Jose Cuervo's partnership with the WSL centers around storytelling in surf history. On Tuesday, the brand and the WSL released their first short film of the partnership, titled "Behind the Glass." The piece highlights the skill required by photographers to capture critical moments that influence the storytelling of surfing and its history. The North America partnership will see Jose Cuervo support the U.S.-based Championship Tour events. The film is available here (WSL).
