Marketplace Roundup: Championship Side Middlesbrough Signs IT Firm As Shorts Sponsor

League Championship side Middlesbrough named IT firm Cornerstone Business Solutions its shorts sponsor. Cornerstone's logo will be featured at the base of the back of all home and away shorts worn by the club during the '17-18 season (Middlesbrough). 

Arsenal's official club store outside the Emirates Stadium was raided by burglars who left with "a large quantity of merchandise," police confirmed. The Metropolitan Police said that officers in Islington, London, "were called shortly before midnight on Tuesday following reports of a burglary at the Highbury House store" (ESPN.com, 8/30).

Chinese sports brand Peak unveiled the world's first 3D printed basketball shoes. Peak is one of the world's first brands to apply 3D printing technology to a sports shoe. The brand launched the "FUTURE I" 3D printed running shoes in May (Peak). 

The French Women’s Handball League (LFH) announced a three-year partnership with French gambling operator FDJ. FDJ will be an official partner of the LFH through ’20. Earlier this year, the French Handball Federation renewed its deal with FDJ for four seasons (LFH).

National Basketball League club New Zealand Breakers announced a three-year partnership in which dairy brand Meadow Fresh will become the team's exclusive community sponsor (New Zealand Breakers).

Liga MX side Necaxa signed a partnership with StubHub, which becomes the club's official ticketing partner in Mexico and internationally (LA AFICIÓN, 8/29).

Pro14 rugby named Macron its match official kit and retail partner ahead of the '17-18 season. Pro14 referees will wear Macron match kits after a multi-year deal was signed with the Italian kit manufacturer (Pro14).
