Thirty-four cities in the U.S., seven cities in Canada and three in Mexico are "on the list of proposed locations to host games at the 2026 World Cup," the U.S. Bid Committee announced on Tuesday. Any tour "would require government approval before the team is sent abroad" (AFP, 8/14).

The PGA Tour announced the first portion of its '17-18 season, a seven week-stretch through mid-November that features four official int'l tournaments, including the inaugural CJ Cup @ Nine Bridges from Oct. 16-22 in Korea (PGA Tour).
