Colombian first division side Envigado coach ISMAEL RESCALVO resigned on Wednesday. The club is currently in second-to-last place in the league (AS, 8/2). ... Serbian coach MICHO SREDOJEVIĆ returned as the coach of South African club Orlando Pirates. The news "comes less than a week after he terminated his contract as Uganda coach over unpaid wages." The 47-year-old, who led Uganda to the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time since '78, spent eight months in charge of Pirates from June '06 (BBC, 8/3). ... JOAQUIM FRANCISCO FILHO, a former assistant to ALEX FERGUSON at ManU, was named coach of Mauritius. Filho succeeds Belgium-born Congolese JOE TSHUPULA, who announced his resignation after the African Nations Championship qualifiers "where Mauritius failed to reach the next round" (BBC, 8/2). ... Sports-focused streaming service fuboTV appointed BEN GRAD as North American head of content strategy and acquisition -- a new position at the company. Effective immediately, he is based in fubtoTV's HQ in N.Y., reporting to CFO JOEL ARMIJO. Grad will be responsible for content acquisition strategy, packaging, affiliate relations and contract negotiations (fuboTV). ... BBC presenter NICK OWEN stood down as chair of League Two side Luton Town after nine years. The 69-year-old was part of the consortium that bought the club after it went into administration. Owen, who will become a VP, said, “I have taken the decision with a heavy heart because of my love of LTFC” (BBC, 8/3).
