Tottenham Partners With Levy Restaurants UK To Bring Fine Dining To New Stadium

Tottenham announced official catering partner Levy Restaurants UK will be bringing its "fine dining cuisine" to the club's new stadium, according to Billy Wood of BDAILY. The "glitzy" ground has already been heralded as a "game-changer for corporate and premium packages," and now the 61,000-seat venue will get "Michelin-calibre food overseen by the Roux family," including TV chef Michel Roux Jr. According to the club, Albert, Michel Jr. and Emily will be "personally overseeing the fine dining experience, overseeing every aspect of food delivery at Tottenham's On Four lounges and suites" in what the club is describing as a "new benchmark" for corporate hospitality. A member of the Roux family will be present at 12 games per season once the stadium opens for the '19-20 campaign, while the remaining home games will see "celebrated and up and coming chefs crafting the menu and dining experience" (BDAILY, 6/1). HOSPITALITY & CATERING NEWS reported the On Four concept "aims to redefine the premium experience within sports and entertainment, with Michelin-calibre dining available across its range." Guests On Four will have "exceptional surroundings, attentive service and great seats and views to enjoy the match." Experiences that can be found On Four include the flagship restaurant and lounge, The H Club. Members and their guests can select from five different dining experiences:

  • An "informal brasserie style experience."
  • Exquisite "fine dining."
  • The opportunity to dine at the Chef’s Table with "food being prepared on view."
  • The Players' Table experience where guests can dine "alongside" former Tottenham players.
  • Informal bar food for the occasions where members "would prefer a light option or are short on time."
Also available On Four will be "Super Suites" that can be fully customized by an interior designer to "reflect an individual's or brand's values" (H&C NEWS, 6/1).
