Marketplace Roundup: Website Publishes Image Of Barcelona's Shirt For '17-18

Weeks ago, the design of Barcelona's shirt for the '17-18 season was revealed, and on Sunday, "an image of the shirt that features the Rakuten logo was unveiled." Rakuten's deal as Barcelona's new principal sponsor comes into effect on July 1. Website footyheadlines.com "published the images of the shirt" (MUNDO DEPORTIVO, 4/30).

Second Bundesliga side Dynamo Dresden confirmed that financial services provider Sparkasse will remain an exclusive partner for two more years. As a second-tier partner of the club, the banking institution will continue to hold the naming rights to the family section at the the Stadion Dresden and will receive TV-visible space on the pitchside advertising bands during home matches (SOCCEREX, 4/28).

Liverpool fans can "win the chance to play at Anfield courtesy of a special prize draw" being launched by credit card company MBNA, which extended its relationship with the club. MBNA is "now an official partner of the club" in the U.K. To celebrate, it is hosting "Face the Kop" at Anfield on May 23 -- "giving fans the opportunity to play on the hallowed turf" (LIVERPOOL ECHO, 4/29).
