Royal Ascot Racecourse Signs Chinese Media Deal With Sina Sports

Royal Ascot Racecourse announced an exclusive broadcast media rights deal with Chinese digital media company Sina Sports. The arrangement will see the last three days of Royal Ascot shown live across China on all of Sina's platforms, reaching 213 million households. Sina will be taking the world feed from ITV, supplemented by its own presentation panel and professional commentary in Beijing. Ascot and Sina will work together on a unique concept for an exclusive official Royal Ascot live streaming event in Beijing on the Thursday of Royal Ascot. Over 200 of China's leading female entrepreneurs and professionals are expected to attend. The broadcast and event will be augmented by active social media through Weibo, China's leading social media channel with 600 million accounts (Royal Ascot).
