League Two side Barnet appointed former interim manager ROSSI EAMES as its new head coach. Eames, 32, is the "youngest full-time boss in the top four divisions of English football" (BBC, 5/19). ... Formula 1 announced NIGEL KERR will on Aug. 1 take over as finance director, motorsports, reporting directly to F1 Managing Dir ROSS BRAWN. JASON SOMERVILLE was appointed as head of aerodynamics and CRAIG WILSON as head of vehicle performance (F1). ... League Championship side Birmingham City Dir PANOS PAVLAKIS resigned from the club's board. The former banker had been "in charge of the day-to-day running of the club." A Birmingham City statement said that Pavlakis "left to pursue other opportunities" (BBC, 5/19). ... League Championship side Leeds United CEO BEN MANSFORD will leave the club on May 31, after one season in the role. Having previously worked at Barnsley, Mansford "has overseen a busy year in which the club secured fresh investment" from new co-Owner ANDREA RADRIZZANI. Leeds said that news will follow about a replacement "in the coming days" (BBC, 5/19).
