The 35-year-old led France a record 56 times, taking it to the 2011 World Cup final, before retiring from int'l rugby in '15 (BBC, 4/19). ... CRISTIANO RONALDO scored a hat trick to help Real Madrid beat Bayern Munich 4-2 after extra time. He became the "first player to reach 100 Champions League goals" (AP, 4/19).
