Marketplace Roundup: Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby Crowdfunding For Tokyo 2020

Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby appointed PR firm Dynamo to raise £3M ($3.6M) and "help send the team to the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics." The #saveGBWR crowdfunding campaign, which has so far raised over £10,000 ($12,179), was launched following UK Sport's decision to "cut funding for the sport last month" (PR WEEK, 3/9).

Republic Bank Ltd. agreed to a three-year deal with the Caribbean Premier League that will see the financial organization remain the tournament's official bank partner. The partnership will run until the end of the '20 campaign. RBL has sponsored the CPL for the last two seasons (TRINIDAD EXPRESS, 3/8).

The Australian Football League announced Gatorade will continue as the AFL’s official hydration partner for the next three years. As part of the partnership extension, Gatorade will also become the official hydration partner for AFL Women’s. Gatorade will be used by all 18 AFL clubs across both the men’s and women’s competitions (AFL). 

Warwickshire County Cricket Club signed an agreement with digital platform CricHQ to be an official partner of the club for the next three years. Starting in April, all matches within the club's senior men's and women's teams and county age group sides will be scored live on CricHQ (Warwickshire CCC). 

Matchroom Sport announced iPro Sport as the title sponsor of the World Cup of Gymnastics, to be staged at The O2 Arena on April 8 (World Cup of Gymnastics). 

Bow manufacturer Hoyt Archery and arrow manufacturer Easton Archery signed five-year partner deals with World Archery covering the Olympic cycle for Tokyo and into '21. Both companies have been long-time supporters of the int'l federation's events, promotional activities and development projects (World Archery).
