West Ham Set To Freeze Season Ticket Prices At London Stadium
Premier League side West Ham is "set to freeze season ticket prices after a disastrous first campaign at the London Stadium," according to Daniel Cutts of THE SUN. The Hammers "are close to announcing their renewal prices for next season." It is believed the club will not be increasing '17-18 season ticket costs because of the "mega-money" £5.14B ($6.44B) TV deal. A club source said, "It would come as a big shock if the situation was to change. It's a big issue for fans." West Ham has the "cheapest adult season ticket in the Premier League at just" £289 ($362). ManU revealed it would be freezing its ticket costs last week for the sixth season in a row. Everton has "taken the same stance and other Premier League clubs are set to follow" (THE SUN, 2/13).
