The club is "rooted to the bottom of the table, having taken just 11 points from 16 games." The announcement came just one day after the club relieved coach SERSE COSMI of his position, "despite helping the team to the Serie B playoff final last season" (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 11/30). ... Olympique de Marseille on Wednesday announced the arrival of two execs to reinforce its management team. JEAN-FRANÇOIS RICHARD was named general director of marketing and sales. BAPTISTE VIPREY was named administrative and financial director (OM). ... Talent agency TLA Worldwide named BRENDAN MCCLEMENTS global head of events. He will be based in Melbourne (TLA).

COACHES/MANAGERS: League One club MK Dons is "set to appoint" Scottish Premiership side Heart of Midlothian coach ROBBIE NEILSON as its new manager, "subject to the two clubs agreeing compensation." Neilson was in Milton Keynes on Tuesday for talks, "but will take charge" of Hearts' match against Rangers on Wednesday. He will replace KARL ROBINSON as manager of the Dons, who are 19th in England's third tier (BBC, 11/30). ... Serie B side Salernitana announced the resignation of Manager GIUSEPPE SANNINO. The club currently occupies 12th place in the league, "after successfully battling relegation last term" (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 11/30).
