Premiership Rugby Announces Five-Year Renewal With Perform Group

Premiership Rugby announced the renewal of its long-term partnership with Perform. The five-year deal with Perform Group sees the continuation of Perform’s management of Premiership Rugby Productions. In this role Perform will cover the production of up to 66 matches each season as well as producing highlights and clips for global distribution. The new agreement also delivers a number of new initiatives including the facility to allow every Premiership Rugby and Premiership Rugby 7s match and many Anglo-Welsh Cup games to be broadcast live around the world through the Perform Sports Cloud. The new contract features: 

  • Long-term partnership with a five-year renewal.
  • Enhanced production values across all Perform-produced outside broadcasts.
  • Additional digital and social media content output. 
  • IP broadcast distribution services provision through the Perform Sports Cloud (Premiership Rugby).
