Argentine Government Confirms Payment Of $36M To AFA As Part Of Fútbol Para Todos

The Argentine government on Tuesday confirmed the payment of 550M Argentine pesos ($36M) to the Argentine FA as part of the Fútbol para Todos broadcast program, according to DYN. This "came amid the conflict that B Nacional clubs are continuing with last week's indefinite strike over a lack of funding." The 550M Argentine pesos is in addition to the 300M Argentine pesos ($19.6M) that the government awarded in early August (DYN, 9/27).
