Marketplace Roundup: Bundesliga Side Eintracht Frankfurt Partners With Bauhaus

Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt "agreed to a new partnership" with home improvement store chain Bauhaus. As part of the deal, the company "will receive ad presence on boards in camera view." Bauhaus has deals with at least eight Bundesliga teams this season (SPONSORs, 8/18).

Online sportsbook Tempobet signed a deal to become the official in-stadia betting partner of newly-promoted EPL side Middlesbrough. It will also allow the use of the North East club’s crest on its website and give it access to advertising at the Riverside ground and on the club’s training kit (Middlesbrough).

Dentsu Aegis Network signed an agreement to acquire German marketing agency Markenloft Gmbh. The completion of the deal is subject to regulatory approval. Markenloft will be fully integrated in MKTG, expanding the brand's footprint around the world and strengthening the network's sports and entertainment, experiential and lifestyle marketing offering. Co-Founders/Managing Partners Sebastian Birwe and Kai Burkhard will lead the team within the new offering. They will report to Dentsu Germany CEO Zoja Paskaljevic (MKTG).

League Championship side Leeds United named iPro Sport its official isotonic drinks partner. The deal will see iPro Sport provide Leeds with sports drinks and waters throughout the season (Leeds United).

Konami signed a partnership with Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund. The deal will see Borussia Dortmund replicated within Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 and future PES-related titles both for home systems and mobile-focused, with the publisher granted access to the club’s players (Konami).
