Premiership rugby side Bath named Crusaders head coach TODD BLACKADDER as its director of rugby and his assistant TABAI MATSON as head coach. Blackadder "replaces former head coach MIKE FORD, who was sacked in May." Previously director of rugby at New Zealand club Tasman, "Blackadder led Crusaders to two Super Rugby finals" (BBC, 7/28). ... AEG Facilities named Puerto Rico Convention Center Dir of Finance JORGE PEREZ GM for the facility. AEG assumes operation of the PRCC on Aug. 1 (AEG). ... Arabian Gulf League side Baniyas confirmed PABLO REPETTO, "the man who guided Ecuador's Independiente del Valle to this month's Copa Libertadores final," as its new manager. The Abu Dhabi club "struck a deal with the Uruguayan," believed to be two years with an option for another season, which will be finalized once he arrives in the capital on Saturday. Repetto began his managerial career in '06 with Fenix in Uruguay and has "since coached Cerro and Defensor in his homeland, while also spending a brief spell at Blooming in Bolivia" (THE NATIONAL, 7/28).
