Marketplace Roundup: Ligue 1 Side Saint-Etienne Signs Deal With NetBet Through '18

Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne and NetBet have signed a jersey sponsorship deal until ’18. The NetBet logo will be seen on the right-collarbone area of the club’s jersey. As a club sponsor last season, NetBet appeared on sideline displays at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium and on all club media. The deal was brokered by Lagardère Sports (Saint Etienne).

Top14 rugby side Racing 92 ended its relationship with jersey sponsor Kappa and has signed a partnership with French sportswear brand Coq Sportif. Coq Sportif was the first equipment provider for Racing 92 when the club was founded in 1882, as well as during the ‘70s and ‘80s. No financials or further details were released (Racing 92).

German bathroom fixtures manufacturer Hansgrohe has signed a sponsorship deal with cycling team BoraArgon18. As part of the deal, the team will be renamed Bora-Hansgrohe ahead of the start of the 2016 Tour de France (Bora-Hansgrohe).
 
Munich Marathon organizers have secured two new main sponsors for the event. Insurance company Generali will become the event's official sponsor and health partner. Organizers were also able to add the Munich Airport as an official partner. The two new partners join BMW and the City of Munich as main sponsors of the race (Munich Marathon).

Construction adhesive specialist Bostik announced that it has renewed its sponsorship of the Tour de France. As an official supplier to this year's race, the company will use its sponsorship as a platform to promote its brands and activities to a global audience. Four branded vehicles, which feature the Bostik logo, will participate in the Tour de France "Publicity Caravan," which precedes the peloton on each stage. This year, spectators along the route will be treated to 450,000 Bostik gifts and giveaways as well as over €500,000 ($555,000) in coupons while they await the riders (Bostik).
