Dentsu Aegis Network agency MKTG Sport & Entertainment has appointed TV broadcaster MIKE LEWIS as GM of operations & technology. Lewis "will lead MKTG's stadium technology and operations across leading sports and venues around the country," including LED signage, broadcast platforms and other technologies. Lewis has "more than 25 years' experience in TV" (AD NEWS, 6/28). ... European Professional Club Rugby, the organizer of the European Rugby Champions Cup, Challenge Cup and Challenge Cup Qualifying tournaments, has announced the appointment of JOËL JUTGE as head of match officials. Jutge joins EPCR from World Rugby, where he held the post of high-performance match official manager and recently presided over a successful match officials program at the 2015 Rugby World Cup. He was previously elite referee manager at the French Rugby Federation (FFR) from '07-12. He started refereeing in '91 after his playing career with Colomiers and Cahors ended (Premiership Rugby). ... Serie A side Inter Milan's "new board of directors has been nominated," and MICHAEL BOLINGBROKE was confirmed as CEO (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 6/28). ... WADA announced the appointment of BENJAMIN COHEN as director of European regional office and int'l federations relations. Cohen will assume the role in Lausanne, Switzerland, on Nov. 1. Current FIBA Head of Governance & Legal Affairs Cohen has been managing FIBA's legal services since '09. Prior to FIBA, Cohen held various roles with the United Nations Office of Sport for Development & Peace in N.Y. and UEFA in Nyon, Switzerland. Cohen will reinforce WADA's mission by ensuring that anti-doping programs are compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code and the agency's objectives are successfully met (WADA). 

COACHES/MANAGERS: Paris St. Germain announced the arrival of UNAI EMERY as the club’s replacement for head coach LAURENT BLANC, who left PSG on Monday. The 44-year-old Spaniard signed a two-year contract that includes an option for an additional season. Emery led La Liga side Sevilla to its third consecutive Europa League championship in ’15-16 and chose to join PSG for the next step in his career. Emery: “I know that an immense fervor exists around the Paris St. Germain and I will be giving my best to ensure its millions of fans have a great deal to cheer about” (PSG). ... Serie A side Genoa "officially confirmed" former Crotone ManagerIVAN JURIC as its new coach. The Croatian "led Crotone to Serie A for the first time ever last season, and has now been named as GIAN PIERO GASPERINI’s replacement." STJEPAN OSTOJIĆ has been named as assistant coach, and ALBERTO CORRADI as technical collaborator (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 6/28).
