AccorHotels.com Launches Euro 2016 Marketing Campaign

AccorHotels.com, an official partner of the French Football Federation, “unveiled its new marketing campaign for Euro 2016,” according to TOPCOM. Orchestrated by Publicis, the campaign “is available in display, TV and online.” Since May 27, the Sequana Tower, the new AccorHotels.com HQ, has “displayed a more than 2,500 square meters ad featuring the French national football team players.” The TV commercial ad stars a receptionist of the hotel group “welcoming guests by referring to numbers of French national team players.” The slogan shown at the end of the ad is: “Supporters des Bleus, nous sommes prêts à vous accueillir” (Blues supporters, we’re ready to welcome you). The online component of the campaign is a social game organized on Twitter with the hashtag #WelcomeLesBleus. The concept: “users write a message, and if their response is chosen, can view a personal video of a players’ room” (TOPCOM, 6/2).
