Paris 2024 Bid Committee Rounds Out $68M Budget With Three New Partners

The signing of MAIF, Orange and Vivendi brings the number of official partners for the Paris 2024 bid to 10. The Bid Committee will finalize its partnership program in the coming weeks. Paris 2024 Bid Committee CEO Etienne Thobois said, “The arrival of these three enterprises confirms the attractiveness of our project and is a mark of confidence for the Paris 2024 bid.” The three companies will contribute €2M ($2.3M) each toward the bid budget which amounts to €60M ($68.3M) for the two year campaign. The budget is financed by 50% private funds, and 50% public funds from the Paris, Île-de-France and the national government each contributing €10M ($11.4M) each (Paris 2024).
