RI JONG MU has been appointed the new president of the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea Olympic Committee to replace KIM YONG UN. Ri, a 67-year-old lieutenant general in the North Korean army, "is known as a key sporting expert" who previously served as sports minister between '12 and '14. Canadian Football League club Toronto Argonauts named CFL Dir of Broadcast & Video JAMIE DYKSTRA to a "senior communications job" with the club (TORONTO SUN, 3/20). ...USA Rugby CEO NIGEL MELVILLE will soon step down after nine years to assume leadership of Rugby Int'l Marketing, the body's newly created commercial subsidiary. The governing body is now conducting a search for a replacement as the sport prepares for its return to the Olympics.
