ManU Fans Fuming Over Having To Pay $103 For Tickets To Midtjylland Match In Denmark

ManU fans are "seething" at being charged £71 ($103) for a matchday ticket to watch Manager Louis van Gaal's men tackle Danish club FC Midtjylland, according to the London TELEGRAPH. The price of a ticket for ManU supporters is £49 ($71) more than what Southampton had to pay (£22) ($32) "to sit in the away end at the MCH Arena, in August." The Danish side's commercial director said, "I can understand that it's expensive for a United fan to see FC Midtjylland and that they are angry themselves. But that's how it is. We are in competition with Manchester United to move forward, and their huge turnover and many TV money is so much greater than ours" (TELEGRAPH, 1/7).
