Marketplace Roundup: French Ligue 2 Side AS Nancy Lorraine Partners With Groupe JOA

French Ligue 2 side AS Nancy Lorraine announced a partnership with Groupe JOA. The third largest casino operator in France will have its logo featured on the back of the players’ jerseys until the end of the season. The partnership was brokered by Sport&Co which assists the club with its commercial and marketing strategy (AS Nancy Lorraine). ... Hungarian operator Magyar Telekom and Hungarian side Ferencvaros Sports Club (FTC) "signed a three-year sponsorship agreement." The operator has been supporting the team since '14 and "will from now on become the main sponsor of the adult football team" (TELECOM PAPER, 11/30). ... KPMG Australia signed on as official professional services adviser to the 2018 Commonwealth Games, to be held on the Gold Coast. KPMG will work alongside the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corp. "to manage and maintain the fiscal well being of the event" (ACCOUNTANTS DAILY, 12/1).
