Bayern Munich added "another company to its network of associates, announcing a platinum partnership with Goodyear." The multi-year agreement, "which includes perimeter advertising at all Bundesliga home games," will kick off Jan. 1 (GOAL, 11/25). ... Infront Sports & Media and the Int'l Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation enhanced the BMW IBSF World Cup and World Championships. A new World Cup brand identity was developed, which will shape all races from the season's launch Friday in Altenberg, Germany (Infront). ... Chelsea announced Carabao as a new principal partner and its new official training wear partner from summer '16. The relationship will allow Carabao, a leading energy drink company in Thailand, to expand its global presence and market share thanks to the exposure afforded by appearing on Chelsea's training kit over the next three seasons. The Carabao logo will feature on Chelsea players' and staff members' adidas training kit from the '16-17 season (Chelsea). ... Australian Football League side St. Kilda announced financial services provider Pepper Group Ltd. as its new principal partner. Pepper's relationship with the club is in place for the next three years (St. Kilda). ... EA Sports and La Liga extended their partnership agreement for four years. As part of the agreement, EA Sports branding will be visible on footballers' socks of 14 La Liga teams through the advertising support of Sockatyes (La Liga). ... Hyundai Motor Company announced a three-year sponsorship deal supporting World Archery, including title rights for the Hyundai Archery World Cup in '16, '17 and '18, and the Hyundai World Archery Championships in '17. Hyundai will receive extensive branding at global archery events and exposure in all related broadcasts, as well as securing sole automotive sector rights to the sponsorship (World Archery). ... Arsenal and new official football schools partner iRENA announced a new program to drive grassroots football across China. This long-term deal with Chinese sports and cultural development company iRENA, will see Arsenal football schools opened throughout the country. Initial plans are to open them in five cities by the end of '16 -- first in Shanghai and Chongqing and an additional three later that year (Arsenal).
