Champions League Qualifer Draws More Than 6 Million Viewers On ZDF

German public broadcaster ZDF recorded more than 6 million viewers for its broadcast of the Champions League qualifier between Leverkusen and Lazio, according to David Grzeschik of QUOTENMETER. The second leg of the matchup, which started at 8:45pm on Wednesday, attracted 6.13 million viewers and had a 22.6% market share. In the target demographic 14-49, Leverkusen's 3-0 victory obtained a 16.7% share as 1.61 million viewers tuned in. The first leg, on Aug. 18, drew 5.61 million viewers and had a 20% share (QUOTENMETER, 8/27).
