MP & Silva announced that co-Founder ANDREA RADRIZZANI has sold part of his shares to co-Founder RICCARDO SILVA. They founded the company in '04. Silva is currently president and majority shareholder, while Radrizzani will remain a shareholder through his holding of investments, without being involved in the management and operations. He is focusing his activity and resources in Eleven Sports Network (MP & Silva). ... Scottish lawyer ANNE MCKEOWN has been selected to represent the Scottish FA on the UEFA Women's Football Committee. McKeown, a partner with Angus-based law firm Thorntons and a director of Arbroath Football Club, will play a "key role in promoting women's football and encouraging women and girls to become involved in the sport as players, referees, officials, volunteers and spectators." The four-year appointment will see McKeown help coordinate UEFA and FIFA national team competitions and development schemes for women’s football (Scotland DAILY RECORD, 8/4). ... Scottish Championship side Rangers board of directors member DOUGLAS PARK, part of the consortium that helped DAVE KING "wrestle control of Rangers," has stepped down from the board. He said he was "unable to continue his role due to other commitments." The move comes days after his company Park's of Hamilton was "reinstated as the club's official bus provider." He will replaced by his son, GRAEME (BBC, 8/4). ... SIMON ROBSON will succeed STEVEN TOMSIC as the new CFO of Sky Deutschland. He is "currently the German pay-TV broadcaster's deputy CFO." He previously worked for 18 years at Sky in the U.K. in the areas of finance and strategy. Robson will take on his new position at the end of September. Tomsic will leave Germany in the fall (BROADBAND TV NEWS, 8/3). ... The board of Pro12 Rugby announced that MARTIN ANAYI will become the competition's managing director in October. He is currently with IMG, working as VP and managing director of the FIA World Rallycross Championships. While at IMG he was responsible for negotiating the long-term rights for the sport of rallycross with the FIA (Irish Rugby).
