EPL Club Norwich City Names Bookmaker Coral Sponsor Of Barclay End Stand

EPL side Norwich City confirmed bookmaker Coral as a new sponsor of the Barclay Stand at Carrow Road, according to Peter Walsh of EASTERN DAILY PRESS. Barclay Stand has been the "spiritual home of some of the club's noisiest supporters over the decades." The multi-year partnership is the first time the Barclay Stand "has ever been sponsored," with Coral's logo also featuring on both the front and the back of the stand by the end of the month. The Barclay Stand will retain its historic name but will be labeled as the Barclay Stand sponsored by Coral. Inside the stand Coral will "continue the theme of celebrating the Barclay's special place in the club's heritage with nostalgic displays" in the concourses reflecting on "some of the great Norwich City memories and dramas which have panned out on the pitch in front of the stand over the years" (EASTERN DAILY PRESS, 8/3).
