Repucom Sells 25.1% Stake In Advant Planning As Cooperation Fails To Materialize

Repucom "has sold its stake in market research and consulting company Advant Planning," according to Kathrin Hartmann of SPONSORs. Repucom held 25.1% in company, which was founded in '12. It sold its stake to Ledavi boss Oliver Kaiser, who now holds 100% of Advant Planning. Repucom and Kaiser said that they "decided to end their cooperation by mutual agreement." The goal of the cooperation "was to use the synergies in the areas of market research and consulting." However, Repucom DACH region Managing Dir Stephan Schröder said that it "became clear that the advantages of such a cooperation did not materialize to the extent both sides hoped." It is unclear if Kaiser "will again sell a stake in the company." Advant Planning currently has 15 employees, with Sportfive being one of its biggest clients (SPONSORs, 7/6).
