Marketplace Roundup: Sensoria, Renault Partner To Create Wearable System

Sensoria and Renault Sport are making available a sports car driver-focused wearable system and a new generation of the R.S. Monitor mobile app for Apple iOS. Extending beyond measuring the speed and laptime performance of the vehicle, the app includes integrated heart rate monitoring. Renault Sport, in partnership with Sensoria and Renault Innovation Silicon Valley, has designed the app and a special edition smart T-shirt with an integrated heart rate module (Renault). ... A-League side Sydney FC signed an official new apparel partnership with Puma, which will see the int'l sports brand design and produce the Sky Blues' playing kit and supporter merchandise for the next four years. The deal will start from July 1 and will see Sydney wear Puma sportswear until the end of the '18-19 season. Puma will design and develop new home and away playing kits for Sydney’s '15-16 and '16-17 campaigns, as well as specific Asian Champions League and FFA Cup strips (Sydney FC). ... Ben Ainslie Racing announced a partnership with Land Rover as the British sailor "aims to bring the America's Cup back to Britain" (London TELEGRAPH, 6/24).

ADIDAS TO SUPPLY GKS KATOWICE: Polish second division side GKS Katowice will have its kit supplied by addias for the next three seasons. The German sportswear company "replaces Macron as GKS' official kit supplier, and will provide playing shirts and training gear" to GKS' first team as well as its youth academy (SOCCEREX, 6/24). ... Chelsea announced BetVictor as its new official global betting and gaming partner. The partnership will see the bookmaker create offers and markets for Chelsea, as well as BetVictor's branding featured throughout Stamford Bridge. In addition, Chelsea announced that it has signed a new three-year partnership with Delta Air Lines as its official global airline partner. Chelsea originally joined forces with Delta in '12 (Chelsea). ... The FIM announced that Italian helmet manufacturer Airoh will be a main partner of the FIM Int'l Six Days’ Enduro, commencing with this year's event in Kosice, Slovakia from Sept. 7-12 (FIM). ... EEM announced that Swiss watchmaker Longines will become the official title partner of the Longines Masters series on three continents, with elite equestrian events in Europe, Asia and America (Longines).
