Spanish Football League (LFP) Integrity Department Dir MANUEL QUINTANAR is leaving the LFP after 16 months to be a member of the People's Party in the Assembly of Madrid. The cases that Quintanar was managing will fall into the hands of the LFP's Legal Department. Quintanar's responsibilities will be split between RODRIGO ARIAS of the LFP Integrity Department, Security Dir ALFREDO LORENZO and Competitions Dir RICARDO RESTA (AS, 6/9). ... Bundesliga side FC Ingolstadt has extended the contracts with Managing Directors HARALD GÄRTNER and FRANZ SPITZAUER ahead of time until '20 (FC Ingolstadt). ... Bundesliga side Werder Bremen Managing Dir KLAUS FILBRY will become a member of the league board of the German Football Leauge (DFL). Filbry will fill the vacant spot left by HERIBERT BRUCHHAGEN on July 1 (DFL). ... Turnkey Sports & Entertainment named ERIC KISSINGER IT specialist, while Turnkey Intelligence named EZEKIEL BERKOWITZ manager of research and MARK RAMACCIOTTI manager of the Surveyor Network (Turnkey). ... The Int'l Boxing Association (AIBA) said that "it has fired" Exec Dir HO KIM with immediate effect. AIBA "did not specify in a statement its reason for dismissing the South Korean official." Kim "had held the job for eight years." AIBA said that "Kim has been replaced" by his current deputy KARIM BOUZIDI (AP, 6/9).

COACHES/MANAGERS: Spanish second division side Lugo named LUIS MILLA its coach for the next three seasons. Milla is the former coach of Spain's U21 national team. Lugo named TONI OTERO its sporting director (MUNDO DEPORTIVO, 6/8). ... EPL side West Ham named former defender SLAVEN BILIC its new manager. Bilic replaces SAM ALLARDYCE, who "left by mutual consent last month after the Hammers finished 12th" in the Premier League. Bilic has "signed a three-year deal." He was previously manager at Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow and Turkish club Besiktas, which he left in May (BBC, 6/9). ... Serie A side Fiorentina announced on Monday that it sacked head coach VINCENZO MONTELLA after "denouncing the Italian for a lack of respect and causing a breakdown in trust." Montella took charge of Fiorentina in '12, guiding it to three successive fourth-place Serie A finishes and the 2014 Coppa Italia final (REUTERS, 6/8). ... Brasileiro side CRB announced that head coach ALEXANDRE BARROSO "would not continue leading" the club (BAHIA NOTÍCIAS, 6/8). ... STEVE MCCLAREN "will be confirmed" as the Newcastle manager this week after reaching an agreement with the club’s hierarchy. McClaren "twice rejected offers to move" to St. James’ Park over the past six months. JOHN CARVER, who was assistant to former Manager ALAN PARDEW and stepped up to be interim head coach for the final five months of the season, "has been told he can leave the club." Rather than promote Carver, Newcastle has "turned to the experience of McClaren who won the League Cup as Middlesbrough manager in 2004 and the Dutch league while in charge of FC Twente" (LONDON TIMES, 6/9).
