Media Notes: French Football Federation Partners With La Fourmi, Re-Mind

The French Football Federation "teamed up with two specialist agencies in the digital and communications spheres." The FFF "re-enlisted La Fourmi to work on the communication strategies for the country’s men’s and women’s national teams." The FFF also selected media agency Re-Mind to "optimise the visibility of its digital activations" (SOCCEREX, 5/14). ... ONE World Sports announced it will produce and televise the June 2 football match between North American Soccer League side N.Y. Cosmos and the Cuba national team. The telecast begins at 5pm EST live from Havana, Cuba with the kickoff scheduled for 5:12pm (One World Sports). ... French sports broadcaster Ma Chaîne Sports has "secured a package of live broadcast rights" to the UEFA U21 Championship. The sports-focused French TV network, which is owned by MCS TV Group, "will show all 15 games of the tournament, which takes place in Czech Republic this June, live in France and Belgium" (SOCCEREX, 5/13).
