Spanish Football League President Javier Tebas Says Strike Threat Has Been Ruled Out

Spanish Football League (LFP) President Javier Tebas said on Tuesday that "the possibility of a strike is ruled out" because the decree law for the centralization of TV rights "will pass soon," according to EL PERIÓDICO. Tebas said, "There have been a lot of uncertainties and problems that have had to be solved, but now there is a true desire for the law to pass and we will expect this to happen as soon as possible." He explained that "no date has been set, but that it will pass before the end of the legislature" (EL PERIÓDICO, 4/14).
