Repucom has appointed ALEXANDRE CALLAY as its global director of media research and content. Callay will initially be based in Paris and report directly to Global COO JEFF STEIN. Callay will provide guidance on sourcing TV ratings and more generally media metrics for Repucom and its clients. He will also be responsible for developing new services for sport- and non-sport-related clients built on Repucom’s extensive databases. Prior to joining Repucom, Callay had served as Eurodata TV’s worldwide director and Mediametrie’s key accounts director (Repucom). ... The Irish FA has appointed OONAGH O'REILLY as director of sales and marketing. O'Reilly has an extensive business network and has been at the forefront of working with Northern Ireland businesses, promoting brand Northern Ireland locally and nationally through her most recent role as business development director for NI Chamber ('09-14) (Irish FA). ... Former Northern & Shell Communications Dir MIMI TURNER "has joined the company behind online publications The Lad Bible and The Sport Bible as its first marketing director." Turner will report to 65twenty co-Founders ALEX SOLOMOU and ARIAN KALANTARI and "will be based in Manchester and London." Her remit "will cover customer insight, editorial, PR and business development" (CAMPAIGN LIVE, 1/21).

MANAGERS/COACHES: Spanish Basketball League (ACB) club Valencia and coach VELIMIR PERASOVIC have reached an agreement "to cancel his contract," which was set to expire at the end of this season. Assistant coach CARLES DURÁN will take over as head coach, though Valencia "will study the best option." Perasovic had coached Valencia since Jan. '12 (EL PAIS, 1/22). ... Serie A side Parma has named 29-year-old Albanian ERMIR KODRA its new president and CEO. PIETRO LEONARDI "will remain within the board as director general and joint-CEO of Parma FC." Kodra was also named president and CEO of Eventi Sportivi Spa, "the controlling company that bought out Parma last month" (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 1/21).
