Horsetrainer Paul Murray Says Cobalt Investigation Hurting His Business

Kembla Grange trainer Paul Murray said that "his cobalt investigation" is "hurting his business," according to David Polkinghorne of the SYDNEY MORNING HERALD. Murray has two runners at Canberra's Thoroughbred Park on Friday, "but he wasn't expecting to be targeted by drug testers." He said that "initially he was, following the announcement vials containing cobalt were allegedly found in his stable fridge on June 17." Murray: "It's been about seven-going-on-eight months, it has been very hard -- hard on my owners, hard on myself, hard to get owners with it hanging over your head" (SMH, 1/22).
