MARK BRAYSHAW "has been appointed" the full-time CEO of the Australian Football League Coaches Association. Brayshaw "has stepped down as a director on North Melbourne's board," where his brother JAMES is chairman. He "had been appointed in an interim capacity in May last year." Brayshaw "has worked on the AFLCA's finances, and helped the cash-strapped association post a profit last year" of about A$15,000 (THE AGE, 1/20). ... Permira Founding Partner DAMON BUFFINI has been appointed as a non-exec director of the PGA European Tour. In the role of senior independent director, Buffini’s extensive experience will contribute to the board’s effort to shape the future of the Tour. Cambridge and Harvard educated, Buffini made his name as founder of Permira. He announced that he will be stepping down from the partnership this year but will continue to act as a senior adviser (European Tour). ... WWE promoted Senior VP/Network Programming LISA FOX LEE to the newly created position of Exec VP/Content (WWE).
