KONSTANTINOS FILIPPAS joins the group as managing director, Europe, supervising European operations and managing MP & Silva's Europe sales team. MARCO AULETTA will be CEO of the company. Joint CEO PETER HUTTON will return to the broadcasting industry in the New Year (MP & Silva). ... Li Ning, "the troubled Chinese sportswear brand," is in the market for a new CEO. JIN-GOON KIM, installed to run the company’s daily operations in July '12, will step down as “interim chief executive” but will continue as vice-chairman of the board and an exec director (FINANCIAL TIMES, 11/17). ... National Basketball League CEO FRASER NEILL "resigned after 13 months in the job." Announcing his resignation on Monday, Neill said that "he was confident the league was on the right track as it attempted to reclaim a larger market share." Neill: “Based on the road map in place, I believe now is the right time for me to hand over the position as the NBL enters the next phase of its plan" (AAP, 11/18).
